You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. Items must be returned with their labels attached, unworn and unwashed.
We do not offer a remote exchange service; all returns will therefore be refunded.
How to make a return?
If you do not have the original packaging, this is not a problem: simply place your items in something non-transparent, securely closed and waterproof.
Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.
In the ‘My Orders’ category, you will find the order you are interested in. Click on the ‘Details’ tab, then on ‘Create a return’. You can then tick the items you wish to return. Remember to enter the reason for returning each item, then click on ‘Generate return’.
Once your return request has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email where you can access your documents. These can also be downloaded from your order by simply clicking on the ‘Details’ and ‘View return details’ tabs.
As a reminder, two documents will need to be printed: the return slip, which should be placed inside the parcel, and the label, which should be affixed to the outside.
The return parcel is then ready to be dropped off at a collection point.
