How to make a return?If you do not have the original packaging, this is not a problem: simply place your items in something non-transparent, securely closed and waterproof.Log in to your customer account with your email address and password.In the &#x2018;My Orders&#x2019; category, you will find the order you are interested in. Click on the &#x2018;Details&#x2019; tab, then on &#x2018;Create a return&#x2019;. You can then tick the items you wish to return. Remember to enter the reason for returning each item, then click on &#x2018;Generate return&#x2019;.Once your return request has been registered, you will receive a confirmation email where you can access your documents. These can also be downloaded from your order by simply clicking on the &#x2018;Details&#x2019; and &#x2018;View return details&#x2019; tabs.As a reminder, two documents will need to be printed: the return slip, which should be placed inside the parcel, and the label, which should be affixed to the outside.The return parcel is then ready to be dropped off at a collection point.
